It looks damn close...but nothing ever drawn or written will encapsulate him truly. We have our perceptions of him...and that goes in the art that is created in his honour. But his image...physical and otherwise...is forever swimming in the Mississippi River.

He said he wanted his music to be remembered. His music is floating in the Mississippi, his music is floating in the Nile, his music is floating in the puddles outside this window. He is his music, "music is endless" is what he said. He is endless. He's not just in the Mississippi, he's everywhere.

I only know three songs
Hallelujah - a beautiful cover, the best I think I've heard of Cohen's masterpiece.

His voice is beautiful, you can sense his emotion.
Can you recommend any more songs by him?
